Scope of Services. Through this Site, C&H Contracting markets and arranges Deck Builder, Fence Installation, Interior Painting, Home Remodeling Contractor, Deck Construction, Wood Fence Installation, Deck Staining, Drywall Repair. All work is performed under separate written agreement.
Use Requirements. Submissions must be accurate and lawful. You are responsible for activities under any account credentials assigned to you.
Prohibited Conduct. You will not: violate any law, disrupt Site operation, gain unauthorized access, harvest data, transmit malware, or impersonate any person or entity.
IP Rights. All material on this Site is owned by C&H Contracting or its content suppliers. Use of any content without prior written authorization is prohibited.
Charges. All service fees are agreed in writing in advance. Your service agreement specifies payment schedules and any refund provisions.
Termination. C&H Contracting may suspend or terminate your access to the Site at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or for any other reason.
Service Disclaimer. The Site and its content are made available without warranties of any kind. C&H Contracting does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free access.
Cap on Damages. Liability of C&H Contracting arising under these Terms is limited, in total, to the fees paid by you in the prior 12-month period.
Indemnification. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless C&H Contracting from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your misuse of the Site or violation of these Terms.
Law and Venue. VA law applies to these Terms. Any action arising from these Terms shall be filed in courts of competent jurisdiction in VA.
Modifications. C&H Contracting may revise these Terms at any time by posting an updated version on this Site. Your continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
